At Open Doors Locksmith, we want you to be completely satisfied with
your purchase. If you are not happy with a product or service, we’re here to
help.


1. Returns & Refunds for Products

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same
    condition you received them.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the
    approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
    within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items include:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Digital/downloadable items

2. Service Refunds

If you booked a locksmith service (installation, repair, emergency lockout,
etc.):

  • Service fees are non-refundable once completed.
  • If you cancel a scheduled service at least 24 hours in advance, you
    may be eligible for a full refund of your deposit or prepayment.
  • If our team is unable to complete the service due to our own fault, you
    will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra
    cost.

3. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll replace it free of charge.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a
photo of the issue.


4. How to Request a Refund

Please include your order number, the reason for return, and any
supporting photos (if applicable).


5. Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the
    return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted
on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
